An exotic blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, for they love being found together in the same bottle, with a touch of Viognier burnished by sun-drenched granite hills. Our silky-smooth alternative to a boring Chardonnay. Pair it with a peachy pescatarian lunch. Or drink it in the spa. Your make the rules.
2022 | Hippocampus Perditus
A light red, for a light head. When memories begin to deceive, and truth is whatever you want it to be. A Pinot Noir in a red dress. Blended with Pinot Meunier, for a touch of sparkle without the fizz, and a Pinot Gris for added delicacy. Our one-of-a-kind pinot trio. A drink fit to pair with Mendelsohn or Brahms. Bring the duck, forget the rest.

If you ever want to experience mystery in a bottle, this is your chance. A most alluring little spell-breaker. In Vino Veritas. CO2 is the engine of life on earth. Without it, there would be no wine. Made from a blend so secret we dare not disclose the varietals. You will not fail to fall in love.
